Delivery

We deliver within the UK, keeping our carbon foot as low as possible. We can also offer a local pick up service to customers that live nearby.

Items will be sent through Royal Mail, or through a courier. You will be updated with details of your order and the delivery. There is a flat rate fee of £3.00 per order for postage. If your order value is £75 or more you will receive free delivery.

Refunds and Returns

In the unlikely event you would like to return an item you are welcome to with 30 days of the purchase date. Please return it to the address on your order form with the original packaging where possible. You will receive a full refund for the item (not the postage) or an exchange, which ever is requested. You can also email info@tidesandtrails.co.uk we will be happy to help.

Refunds are not possible on custom orders, please contact us if you have any concerns.

Sustainability

We are very passionate about our responsibility to the environment. We try our up most to be as sustainable as possible. This is why we work with UK brands and delivery within the UK only.

 

Items you buy from us will be made from at least one of the following:

  • Recycled materials to help reduce the waste on our planet.

  • Circular design

  • Sustainably sourced organic cotton

  • Sustainable wood where possible

  • Reclaimed, reused materials or recyclable materials.

  • Where the above does not apply the items will be engineered and built to last.

Packaging - In some orders at the moment there will be a small amount of plastic that may have been used to protect the products. The packaging we use are made for recycled or reused cardboard and are plastic free when possible. When you receive your order please reuse as much as possible or recycle the packaging.
